Ernest Green and Sons is named after the eponymous butcher who opened his first butcher’s shop in Western Australia back in 1919. The name has a long history in the region, conveying authenticity and heritage.
As part of our brand strategy for Harvest Road Group, Ernest Green and Sons was launched as a mid-market entry point for IGA and other independent retailers in Western Australia.
The brand’s objective is to provide every day good food for families. Our brand mark and its expression on all consumer touch points is designed to reflect the values of a traditional butcher.
